The IdealMe Enrichment Foundation mission is to provide leadership in the continued promotion of positive changes in mental health through education, advocacy, research, innovation, technology and strategic partnerships. The IdealMe Enrichment Foundation provides world-class programs and services that touch the lives of thousands of youth, their parents, professionals, artists, filmmakers, musicians, athletes, entrepreneurs, and many more.


Our goal is to create the IdealMe Enrichment Centre that will be offering affordable consultations, workshops, seminars, short-term counseling, life- coaching, online courses and virtual interactive workshops. The IdealMe Enrichment Centre will offer well-being activities such as yoga, mindfulness, meditation, art activities and personal training. The center will provide online courses, mobile app and virtual interactive workshops.

Board of Directors

Dr. Ewa J. Antczak, President

School psychologist with many years of experience. She developed the IdealMe program and was nominated for the Mary Neville Award for her contributions to child and youth mental health in the areas of prevention and early intervention. Dr. Antczak is an author of several research papers, books and articles that are related to leadership and attitude change.

Karim Mirshahi, Vice-President

Experienced Publisher with a demonstrated history of working in the publishing industry. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, and Entrepreneurship. Strong media and communication professional with a B. Sc. from University of Guelph and Waterloo.

Urszula Urac M. Ed., OCT, IdealMe Educational Outreach Coordinator

Teacher with a Master's of Education Degree from the University of Toronto. She has fifteen years experience working with students as a teacher, coach, mentor, and has organized many extra-curricular events at the school and Board level.

Elsa Hsieh, Community Outreach Director

Elsa Hsieh studied both piano performing and teaching at Birmingham Conservatoire, in the UK. She was awarded the 1st prize in the Wales Tystysgrif piano competition in 1988. Elsa also formed her Dolce De Soleil Music group which has performed in many multicultural events. Elsa Hsieh is a music director, and also the vice president of the Distinguished Citizens Society of Toronto and a full-time realtor in Century 21 Green Realty with outstanding achievements. Besides all the concert events, Elsa recently was given an award by the Toronto Waterfront Magazine's Celebrating Outstanding Women annual event.

Emily Fountas, Ph.D., Expert in Internet Addiction

Emily Fountas, Ph.D. has been teaching in philosophy as an adjunct professor for over 20 years. She has taught at Ryerson University, the University of Toronto and Concordia University. Most recently she authored an online course titled: “Internet Addiction: Teens, Youth and Strategies for Change” aimed at parents who may be concerned about social media and its impact on mental health, relationships and self-concept. When not authoring and teaching, Emily loves hiking, forests, music, animals, ideas and directing short film.

Dr Ilona Anna Urbaniak, Expert in AI Education

Dr Ilona Anna Urbaniak has her expertise in medical image quality assessment; she conducts research on medical image quality assessment. She has completed her PhD in Applied Mathematics in 2015 at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Currently holding a Assistant Professor position at Cracow University of Technology, Poland at the Teleinformatics Institute specializing in Data Science. Ilona has been awarded for her work on medical image quality at conferences on several occasions. Ilona is also expert in e-learning tools and educational content in artificial intelligence at the National Academic Research Institute (NASK), Warsaw, Poland. She is an author of online courses on artificial intelligence directed to students and teachers. Ilona is also a Polish Canadian artist - a singer and a songwriter. She is passionate about mathematics and music: "From lecturing to singing. From research to songwriting.
